Product preparation
Blend S.parkle during 3 to 5 minutes in fresh water with an industrial mixer using a maximum of 100 g per liter. Create a vortex first and then slowly add S.parkle to the water. Start with an inoculum of between 250 and 1.000 rotifers per ml. Apply according to culture strategy below.
Tank preparation
Clean and disinfect the culture tank, airstones, air tubing prior to use. Use e.g. 200 g/m³ active chlorine + detergent. Disinfect the water of the tank with e.g. 10 ppm active chlorine and aerate gently for ± 1 hour. Deactivate any remaining chlorine by adding 12 ppm sodiumthiosulphate. Suspend airstones 15 cm above the tank bottom, along the periphery and also in the centre to allow sedimentation and flushing of waste particles. Culture feeding strategy - Feed the daily quantities in 4 to 6 rations or use a continuous feeding device. On the first culture day, start with 0,7 g S.parkle per million rotifers. From this amount, use as background feeding: low density (300 rot/ml) 80 ppm. Medium density (500 rot/ml) 100 ppm. High density (1000 rot/ml) 120 ppm. Never exceed a maximum daily feeding of 600 ppm.

| The shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place (max. 10°C). Once opened, it should be used within one month, kept well closed and stored in a refrigerator. Do not freeze. |
