Krill Superba (Euphasia superba) are shrimp-like invertebrates of approximately 5 cm long, collected in the cold waters of the Antarctic. They are a very large form of zooplankton. Krill Superba is readily accepted by both larger marine and freshwater fish.
It is known to be one of nature’s best food sources because of its excellent protein digestibility, superior amino acid profile, high HUFA and astaxanthin Content.
